One good thing the French brought to Vietnam - baguette...I was introduced to Banh Mi by Christoff back in San Francisco. But it took me a long time to like it. I wasn't used to the idea of pickled carrot and cilantro in my sandwich.
Now??? I love it. That's why we were so happy to find Paris Bakery Sandwich Cafe one day.
They serve Vietnamese sandwiches as well as desserts and rice dishes.
